Who we are

Biomarmedical exists to bring registered supplements into the hands of the physicians, pharmacists, and patients who rely on them. We are not a manufacturer. Every product line in our portfolio is sourced from partner manufacturers we have audited, contracted, and learned to work with closely.
Our value to those partners is operational: GDP-compliant warehousing, cold-chain logistics, regulatory affairs support, and a marketing team that goes into the room with the prescriber. Our value to the pharmacy that opens the box is simpler — the supplement on the shelf has been handled the same way a medicine would be.
We operate from Tirana and serve pharmacies, hospitals, and specialist clinics across the region. Our growth is measured not by SKUs added, but by the long-term partnerships we hold.

From a single partnership to a regional distributor.
2014
Founded in Tirana
Biomarmedical begins operating from a modest premises in Tirana, with the first two manufacturing partners signed and the first batch of registered supplements cleared for distribution.
2017
Cold-chain commissioned
Temperature-controlled warehousing in the 2–25°C range is brought online with continuous monitoring and audit trails for every shipment.
2019
Field marketing team
A dedicated medical field team is built, covering approximately twenty specialties across hospitals, clinics, and primary-care networks.
2022
Regulatory Affairs in-house
Full Regulatory Affairs outsourcing is offered to partner manufacturers — dossier preparation, registration, pharmacovigilance, and market authorisation.
2026
Regional expansion
Twelve manufacturing partners across Europe. A regional growth plan focused on deliberate, partner-led market entry.
